| As Larkin Jamboree fast approaches, we require some information from groups to assist us in coordinating the flow of traffic to ensure all drop offs and collections on Saturdays are effective as possible.
Please share your preferred/estimated window for arrivals on Saturday 27 July and departures on Saturday 3 August by completing this form by Friday 3 May 2024 Please note the site must be clear by 4pm on Saturday 3rd August.
Whilst we cannot guarantee a time, we will try and accommodate your preferred choice. An agreed time will be confirmed once applications are closed.

We are pleased to offer coach pickup services to the Little Larkin Jamboree venue at a rate of £10 per person, return. To help get our youngest members and their leaders on site, we will be offering dedicated buses routes:
Monday 29 July (Cubs and Brownies)
Route 1 - York (Selby, York)
Route 2 - Thirsk (Harrogate, Ripon, Thirsk)
Route 3 - Scarborough (Hull, Scarborough)
Route 4 - Skipton (Ingleton/Settle, Skipton)
Tuesday 30 July (Beavers)
Route 1 - York (Selby, York)
Route 2 - Thirsk (Harrogate, Ripon, Thirsk)
Route 3 - Scarborough (Hull, Scarborough)
Route 4 - Skipton (Ingleton/Settle, Skipton)
Wednesday 31 July (Squirrels and Rainbows)
Route 1 - York (Selby, York)
Route 2 - Thirsk (Harrogate, Ripon, Thirsk)
Route 3 - Scarborough (Hull, Scarborough)
Route 4 - Skipton (Ingleton/Settle, Skipton)
These routes include the return journey when Little Larkin closes on Wednesday 31 July.

Little Larkin buses and train shuttles must be pre booked via the portal by Friday 19 April.
For those who wish to travel by train, the most convenient station is York.
There are regular trains from major cities including London, Manchester and Edinburgh.
We will be running a prebooked shuttle bus from York train station direct to Duncombe Park all day on Saturday 27th July. The Journey takes around an hour and costs £10 return.
Train Shuttles must be pre booked via the portal by Friday 19th April.
Once you have details of your expected train arrival and departure times and the amount of baggage and equipment, please email Transport@larkinjamboree.org.uk with the following details:
- Your travel plans, which include your journey details, departing station, service provider, and the estimated arrival time at York railway station.
- The number of individuals in your group requiring transportation.
- Information regarding the size of baggage for the group.
