Larkin ’24 needs an army of volunteers to provide an amazing experience for all our participants and leaders. The 500 acre site starts as a green field and becomes a village.
You can join either as general event staff or if you are looking for a more specific role , then click our vacant roles button below.

By joining our team you will be part of a unique experience, that gives you the opportunity to meet people from many different backgrounds, different experiences and make friendships that will will last a lifetime.
You must be current members of Scouting or Guiding and must have a valid DBS. If you are not currently a member then please apply and we will support you to complete any relevant training and a DBS check
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join the team for Larkin ’24.
The cost for staff members is £40 (uncatered but you will be able to opt into a catering package for £60)
