If you wish to increase your numbers we will look to accommodate any request as long as we still have availability.
We are pleased that everyone is excited about Larkin and our recently announced sub camp names.
Unfortunately we cannot action any requests to be on a particular sub camp as we would not be able to accommodate this for all groups. Places on each sub camp will be allocated in a fair way, once we have our final numbers and bookings have closed at the end of February 2024. We look forward to informing you, which sub camp you will be camping on in early May.
We know that some groups will plan to ask parents to drop young people at Larkin and ask them to help set up. Unfortunately, only those young people and adults that are camping (and allocated a wristband) will be allowed onto the main site and sub camps.
Young people will need to be able to carry their own kit from the Welcome Centre (where they book in) to their sub camp.
There will be some assistance available to transport camping equipment from the arrival point to sub camps.

Once all transport bookings close on the 19th April, more detailed plans for each route's pick up times will be shared with leaders.
We will try to accommodate everyone as best as possible but must ensure good value and efficiency.
