The Event Leadership Team is not a hierarchical model. It is intended to be a flat operating model where each Team Leader has a voice at the table.
Each Team Leader will manage a team of people that deliver a number of tasks. The tasks under each Team Leader are what the Team as a whole is responsible and are not necessarily intended to be roles covered by 1 person. This structure is based on the Scouts Team-based volunteering.
At this stage we are asking for individuals from Girlguiding and Scouting to express interest in one or more of the below roles.
Those individuals will then have the chance to discuss with members of North Yorkshire Scout's Leadership Team more about what each role involves and can then choose to progress to applying for the role.
